What You’ll Own

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our Enterprise Operations team based in India, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation, administration, and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role is responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform remains secure, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, architects, developers, and end users to support the day-to-day operation of Salesforce, drive platform adoption, and continuously improve processes across the customer lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, user support, data management, and platform configuration, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.





Administer and support Salesforce environments, ensuring platform availability, security, and optimal performance.
Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports.
Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls in accordance with governance standards.
Support end users by troubleshooting issues, resolving service requests, and providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration-based solutions.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights.
Support data quality initiatives through data cleansing, deduplication, validation, and governance activities.
