We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer with 2–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and modern backend development practices. You will work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to build reliable APIs and high-performance services that power mission-critical applications.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building scalable distributed systems, and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Build secure, high-performance server-side applications capable of handling large volumes of requests.
Design modular and reusable application architecture following industry best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability,



and reliability through efficient coding and database optimization.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
Develop authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms for backend systems.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while following coding standards.
Troubleshoot production issues, debug applications, and implement long-term solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
Continuously improve backend systems through refactoring, automation, and adoption of modern technologies.
Required SkillsMust-Have Skills
Strong proficiency in Node.js.
