We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with proven experience working in the banking or financial services domain. You will play a key role in building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that support mission-critical banking operations.
As part of a team-oriented engineering team, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and system design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of backend development, and the ability to deliver reliable solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop,



and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices to support banking products and services.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Develop secure and resilient applications that comply with banking and financial industry standards.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through efficient coding practices.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support application deployment across multiple environments.
