We are looking for the candidate with minimum 3-6 years of experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing, with a focus on Through-Hole Technology (THT)/Wave Soldering assembly and soldering processes.

Responsibilities
Process engineering support for soldering processes
Wave soldering.
Recording and evaluating temperature profiles
Creating soldering programs and defining process parameters
Performing preventive maintenance as well as repairs
Troubleshooting and fault rectification
Assessing soldering quality in accordance with IPC-A-610
Repairing assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-7711/7721
Process engineering support for marking and labelling processes
Laser marking
Creating marking templates
Carrying out maintenance activities




Recording defects and key performance indicators for the continuous improvement (CIP) process
Optimizing production processes within the assigned area of responsibility
Instructing and training employees
Creating maintenance instructions and maintenance plans
Requirements:
Completed B.E/ BTech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Sound knowledge of operational processes, as well as proficiency in MS Office
Experience in Electrical/Electronics manufacturing
Product and process knowledge (including wave soldering)
A high level of technical understanding and solid comprehension skills

Salary for this position:
INR 4 lacs - 6 lacs/ annum
