JOB PURPOSES:The Project Manager takes on the primary responsibility for interacting with internal resources, our customers, and external 3rd parties to ensure the successful implementation of GT Nexus solutions. This entails the Project Manager collaboratively working with the customer to manage all project resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of contracted solutions.
This position requires expertise in project management and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate has a background in international logistics, B-2-B integrations, and cloud-based software implementations. The candidate should also be comfortable interacting with customers, leading global remote teams, and driving business process as well as technical work streams.
Scope Of Work And Responsibilities
Project managers may work on multiple projects at once and should be comfortable juggling and prioritizing a variety of tasks on each project. Project Managers may work on Onshore-Offshore Model, as an Offshore PM.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
Management
Managing resources against explicit project deliverables (driving day-to-day implementation work, focusing the team on deliverables and meeting deadlines, and working directly with customer end users and internal groups for the successful implementation)
