About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead with proven experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment Services, Staff Augmentation, or Workforce Solutions Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, developing strategic business relationships, expanding staffing services across IT and Non-IT domains, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end business development activities for IT Staffing and Recruitment Services.
Identify, generate, and qualify recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.




Promote staffing services including Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Executive Search, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
Acquire new enterprise clients across IT and Non-IT industry verticals.
Conduct client presentations, capability discussions, and staffing solution demonstrations.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update opportunities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely resource fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business development targets.
Represent the organization at networking events, client meetings, and business conferences.
Travel as required for customer meetings and business development activities.
