About the Program
At Internmo, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring UI designers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a design student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to work on actual product interfaces, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.
What You’ll Do
Design Interfaces: Create clean, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Wireframe & Prototype: Map out user journeys by building low-fidelity wireframes and bringing them to life with high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Work with Design Systems: Utilize existing design components and help build out scalable style guides to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
Collaborate on Handoffs: Work closely with developers to translate your designs into code,



iterating based on technical constraints and team feedback.
Who You Are
Passionate about visual design and eager to learn (no specific design degree required).
Solid grasp of industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma (or Adobe XD / Sketch).
Familiar with fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive layouts.
Bonus points: If you have an eye for UX logic, a basic understanding of how HTML/CSS works, or a starter portfolio featuring your own redesigns or case studies.
Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
