Role Overview
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing bulk influencer campaigns across diverse brands. This role requires someone who has been the primary client point of contact, executed end-to-end influencer activations, and is skilled at driving results in a fast-paced agency workplace.
You will be responsible for campaign planning, influencer management, execution oversight, and client servicing - ensuring every campaign is delivered with precision, impact, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning




Design campaign strategies that align with brand objectives, KPIs, and audience insights.
Create and manage structured campaign workflows, timelines, and briefing documents.

Influencer Sourcing & Management
Source, vet, and onboard nano, micro, and macro influencers at scale.
Manage large influencer rosters, ensuring quality, brand fit, and cost efficiency.
Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and budgets to maximize ROI.

Campaign Execution
Drive end-to-end execution for bulk campaigns across multiple categories and platforms.
Brief influencers, align content to brand tone/creative vision, and oversee approvals.
Ensure seamless scheduling, timely content delivery, and compliance with campaign guidelines.

Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as primary client POC throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Present strategies, campaign updates, and reports to clients, addressing queries and feedback promptly.
