Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research-
Build and maintain a pipeline of target accounts and decision-makers
Source leads through Apollo, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and outbound research
Identify opportunities across industries for branding, marketing, and business growth services

Outreach & Relationship Building-
Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
Initiate conversations with founders, business leaders, and marketing decision-makers
Build trust and create opportunities for discovery meetings

Qualification & Chance Management-
Understand client business challenges and growth objectives
Qualify opportunities based on fit, readiness, budget, and timeline
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales tracking

Proposal Coordination-
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare opportunity briefs
Ensure smooth handoff from discovery to proposal stage




Support follow-ups and proposal discussions

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, agency sales, consulting, or growth roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
Comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers
Organized and process-oriented

Preferred:
Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Notion, or similar tools
Exposure to branding, marketing, advertising, consulting, or agency environments
