Going Highway Entertainers (GHE) is a multidisciplinary agency specializing in Events, Experiences & Electronic Arts. We partner with corporate brands, government organizations, startups and educational institutions to deliver impactful events, creative campaigns and digital solutions.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth across both our Events and Digital Services verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals and outbound outreach.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
Sell GHE's services across Event Management, Brand Activations, Conferences, Exhibitions, Digital Marketing, Branding, Website Development, UI/UX and Creative Production.
Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain robust client relationships.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented approach.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or Event Management.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and event requirements when needed.
