Management, Interior Design, Nutrition, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and other
recent-age domains.
As we scale our operations, digital ecosystem, and brand presence, we are building a
robust, data-backed growth engine. We are now hiring a Performance Marketing
Specialist - an analytical leader who can drive full-funnel growth and handle budgets
efficiently.

Role will include:
● Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Google,
Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
● Plan, manage, and optimize large advertising budgets to maximize lead quality,
conversions, and ROI.
● Own the complete acquisition funnel—from campaign planning and audience
segmentation to conversion optimization and reporting.
● Design and execute A/B tests, growth experiments, and optimization frameworks to
continuously improve campaign performance.




● Build dashboards and performance reports to monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV,
attribution, and other key business metrics.
● Collaborate with leadership, admissions, design, product, and technology teams to
drive measurable business growth.
● Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
● Drive data-backed decision-making through analytics, marketing intelligence, and
performance insights.
● Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates, and
automation opportunities.

Technical Skills
● Advanced proficiency in:
○ GA4, GTM, Data Studio/Looker
○ Pixel setups, server-side tracking, UTMs, offline conversions
○ Automation tools, CRM workflows, and lead-scoring systems
● Strong understanding of MarTech stacks, integrations, and measurement systems
● Experience optimizing landing pages with design/tech teams
3-5 Years relevant experience preferred
