Role Objective

As a Business Development Associate, you will lead regional market expansion. Your role combines
B2B territory management (onboarding premium retail and corporate accounts) with leading high-
impact, direct-to-consumer experiential brand setups across premium lifestyle fests, corporate hubs, and
major events in Bengaluru.

Key Strategic Responsibilities
• B2B Market Penetration: Pitch to, onboard, and manage relationships with premium
supermarkets, key retail accounts, and distribution networks.




• Experiential Brand Activations: Conceptualize, launch, and directly oversee the end-to-end
operations of TAD’s high-footfall micro-retail setups and experiential brand spaces at city
events.
• On-Ground Consumer Strategy: Lead live product storytelling and consumer interaction at
our activation zones to optimize direct sales velocity and capture market feedback.
• Account Analytics: Track regional sales volume, manage inventory distribution, and analyze
field data to drive local pricing and marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile
• Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and sharp negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable leading on-ground operations and managing live project
spaces.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of the local market vernacular (Kannada) is highly
advantageous for regional execution.
• Must possess high agility, drive, and a personal two-wheeler for market mobility.
