Role Description The Legal Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing legal affairs for the company’s technology and clean-energy businesses, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents. The Legal Manager will handle legal compliance, support regulatory filings,



manage licenses and permissions, and coordinate with external counsel when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal consulting to internal stakeholders, assessing legal risks in commercial and operational decisions, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. The position also requires maintaining organized legal records, monitoring changes in relevant legislation, and supporting dispute resolution and litigation strategy as required.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and case law.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and corporate documentation.
Experience in Legal Consulting, providing explicit, practical guidance to business and operational teams.
