About the Role
This is an Amazon-led performance marketing role. The majority of your time goes to Amazon advertising across live client accounts, where you take ownership from day one. The rest covers Google and Meta campaigns for our D2C clients, working alongside the founding partners. As the team grows and we add dedicated Google and Meta capability, your focus deepens on the marketplace side, so the trajectory here is toward marketplace advertising leadership.
You optimise backwards from unit economics, not forwards from spend. If you think in ACOS, TACoS, and contribution margin rather than impressions, you will feel at home here.
