We are looking for a motivated and delivery-focused Product Manager to join the GHRCS Product & Innovation Organisation within the Employee Journey Stream. This is a business-side product role, working closely with an engineering and technology counterpart, supporting the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of a variety of employee facing products.
You will play a key role within a cross-functional pod, helping translate business priorities and user needs into deliverable outcomes. Working alongside senior Product Managers, you will contribute to product discovery, roadmap execution, user adoption, and ongoing product evolution.
Key responsibilities
Product discovery & analysis
Support product discovery activities by gathering user feedback, conducting research,
and analysing data to understand problems and opportunities.
Work with users, SMEs, UX and other stakeholders to capture requirements and validate proposed solutions.
Use product, operational, and adoption data to identify improvements and support decision-making.
Contribute insights and recommendations to support the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
Delivery & execution
Translate priorities into explicit epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Support backlog management, refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure requirements are understood and delivery remains aligned to business objectives.
Track progress against roadmap commitments, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Coordinate across business and technology teams to support successful delivery outcomes.
Support release planning and implementation activities to ensure smooth deployment of
