Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer with a strong background in the
Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Wireline Services or Drilling Services product
lines. The role is responsible for the end-to-end design and development of
mechanical components and systems, from concept and CAD modeling through
prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support. The successful candidate will
collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver
high-quality engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry
standards and project objectives.

engineering documentation, project execution, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

* Design and develop mechanical components and systems from concept through
manufacturing support.
* Create detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk
Inventor, Creo, DraftSight/AutoCAD, and Windchill PLM.




* Perform engineering calculations, material selection, tolerance analysis, and
design verification in accordance with engineering standards.
* Execute engineering assignments for new product development and enhancements
to existing products.
* Prepare, maintain, and update engineering documentation, technical drawings,
Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product records.
* Support Windchill PLM activities, including data loading, model cleanup, and
part file management.
* Identify and resolve routine engineering issues independently while
escalating complex technical challenges when required.
* Coordinate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, CAD Analysts, Project Leads,
suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
* Define project scope, monitor schedules, and ensure timely completion of
engineering deliverables.
