Role Description The Accounts & Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.



The manager prepares financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, and monitors expenses and revenues to ensure financial health and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include managing audits, coordinating with external consultants, optimizing financial processes, and supporting leadership with financial analysis and reporting. The role also involves implementing internal controls, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to financial planning for academic programs and institutional growth.
