Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly competent and exam-oriented professional to join Testbook’s MPSC category as a Subject Matter Expert or Category Associate. The selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening the academic quality, course planning, content development, test series, and overall growth of the MPSC category. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the MPSC State Services examination, Maharashtra-specific subjects, current affairs, examination trends, previous-year questions, and the requirements of Marathi- and English-medium aspirants. Key Responsibilities Academic and Content

Responsibilities
● Develop and review high-quality content for MPSC Prelims and Mains examinations.
● Create and review mock tests, sectional tests, practice questions, PYQ-based questions, study notes, current affairs material,



and revision resources.
● Ensure factual accuracy, language quality, conceptual clarity, and alignment with the latest MPSC syllabus and examination pattern.
● Analyse previous-year papers, recent MPSC trends, cut-offs, question patterns, and changes in the examination.
● Prepare detailed content plans, test-series blueprints, course structures, and academic calendars.
● Coordinate with faculty members, content creators, translators, reviewers, and video-production teams.
● Identify content gaps and recommend current courses, test series, study materials, and academic initiatives.
● Maintain consistency and quality across Marathi and English content.

Category and Business Responsibilities

● Support the planning and execution of the overall MPSC category strategy.
● Monitor learner engagement, course performance, test participation, feedback, and content consumption.
