About The Gig

The Indirect Purchase is responsible for end-to-end procurement of CAPEX items, including machinery, manufacturing equipment, tools, dies, testing equipment, automation systems, facility/utility equipment, and major engineering services. The role drives strategic sourcing, vendor development, technical-commercial evaluations, contract finalization, and ensures timely installation/commissioning of capital assets within budget.





What You’ll Do

CAPEX Planning & Sourcing
Manage the full lifecycle of CAPEX procurement: requirement gathering, RFQ, negotiation, vendor selection, PO release, delivery, and installation support.
Prepare cost estimates and support annual CAPEX budgeting.
Conduct technical-commercial comparisons in coordination with engineering, projects, and operations teams.
Identify and evaluate global and domestic equipment suppliers and technology partners.
Vendor Management & Development
Develop and maintain a strong supplier base for machinery, tooling, and engineering services.
Conduct vendor capability assessments, factory audits, and technical evaluations.
Maintain strategic relationships to support long-term partnerships and service continuity.
Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead negotiations on pricing, warranty, payment terms, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
