About the Team
Meragi operates a chain of premium wedding venues across Bangalore, offering an end-to-end wedding experience with in-house décor, catering, photography, and planning services.

Our sales team helps couples find the right venue, drives them to schedule venue visits, and then works closely with them to convert those visits into confirmed bookings. It's a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment where speed, consultative selling,



and execution are critical to success.

About the Role
We're looking for an exceptionally driven Sales Lead who wakes up every day obsessed with one thing: closing more business.

This is not a coaching role. This is an execution role.

You will own the health of the sales pipeline, ensure every opportunity moves forward, remove bottlenecks, challenge weak thinking, and push the sales team to consistently outperform their targets.

What You'll Do
Review every salesperson's pipeline daily.
Identify deals that are slowing down and create an action plan immediately.
Push the sales team relentlessly towards visits, follow-ups and closures.
Hold daily pipeline reviews and challenge assumptions.
Ensure no lead goes cold because of poor execution.
Monitor conversion metrics across every
