Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and optimize high performance trading and market making systems that operate at low latency and high reliability. In this full time remote role, the engineer will develop backend services, implement robust APIs, and maintain scalable infrastructure supporting digital asset liquidity operations. Day to day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, reviewing contributions from other engineers, and collaborating with quantitative researchers and traders to translate trading ideas into production ready software.



The role also involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement in architecture, tooling, and development practices. The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to technical decision making, mentor teammates, and help ensure the security, resilience, and observability of core platforms.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and systems design.
2+ years of experience building performance critical systems.
Proficiency in Programming and Object Oriented Programming (OOP) with experience in one or more modern languages (e.g., C++, Rust, Go, Java).
Hands on experience in Backend Web Development and Software Development, including APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
