We're looking for a Business Development Associate (Fresher to 2 years of experience) who enjoys finding opportunities, starting meaningful conversations, and opening doors with the right decision-makers. You'll own the top of the sales funnel by researching prospects, generating leads, reaching out across multiple channels, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn B2B sales across both physical products and technology solutions, develop robust consultative selling skills, and grow quickly in a fast-paced company.
What You'll Do
Research and build targeted prospect lists across industries for our workspace furniture and AI solutions.
Identify and engage decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outbound channels.




Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs, budgets, and buying timelines.
Learn our complete product portfolio and determine which solution best fits each customer's requirements.
Schedule qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the sales team and founders.
Maintain accurate records of all activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and continuously improve prospecting performance.
Gather customer insights and market feedback to help improve our products, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to support revenue growth.
Must-Haves
Fresher to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Success, or a related role.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest
