About the Role

Zyvora Brands is a multi-brand fashion retail venture operating across offline (Exclusive Brand Outlets) and online (D2C and marketplace) channels. We are looking for a Supply Chain Management professional to own the end-to-end flow of goods, from vendor to warehouse to customer and store; across the portfolio.
This is a hands-on, cross-channel role. You will be the connective tissue between buying, warehousing, logistics, and the sales channels, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right cost, at the right time. As an early member of the Operations pillar, you will help set up processes and systems, not just run them.

Job Responsibilities:

Demand & Inventory Planning
Own demand forecasting and replenishment planning across all brands and channels (EBO, D2C, marketplace).
Maintain healthy inventory levels - minimize stockouts on quick movers while controlling ageing and dead stock.
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) cadence with buying, merchandising, and finance.
Manage inter-channel and inter-store stock transfers and allocation logic.





Vendor & Inbound Management
Manage vendors and suppliers for timely, accurate inbound deliveries against POs.
Track PO-to-GRN cycles, resolve short/excess/damaged receipts, and hold vendors to SLAs.
Coordinate import/domestic logistics, customs, and freight where applicable (relevant for licensed/international brands).

Warehousing & Fulfilment
Coordinate warehouse operations - inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch - with WMS discipline.
Ensure marketplace and D2C order fulfilment meets platform SLAs (dispatch TAT, fill rate, RTO handling).
Manage store replenishment and outbound logistics to EBOs.
Own reverse logistics - returns, exchanges, and refurbishment flow.

Logistics & Cost
Manage 3PL / courier partners on cost, coverage, TAT, and damage/loss.
Continuously optimize freight, warehousing, and fulfilment cost per unit.
Build and track supply chain metrics and dashboards for
