Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and goal-oriented professional to drive sales for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the property market, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and deal closures.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
Generate quality leads through digital platforms, referrals, channel partners, brokers, and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Conduct project presentations and provide clients with accurate information regarding project specifications, pricing, and payment plans.




Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and update sales pipeline activities in the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, booking formalities, and post-sales coordination.
Collaborate with the legal, finance, customer service, and project teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Guide and mentor junior team members, whenever required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a real estate developer or brokerage firm.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
