We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Engineer with strong expertise in Finacle Retail Assets, Finacle Scripting, and FCRM to lead development, production support, defect resolution, and change delivery across Retail Assets applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in Finacle Retail Assets, experience leading teams, and a robust background in handling production incidents, automation, and regulatory enhancements.
The candidate will play a key role in delivering Change Requests (CRs), production fixes, automation initiatives, and platform stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead defect fixing activities for Retail Assets Automation Testing.
Lead delivery of Retail Assets Change Requests (CRs) and project implementations.
Design, develop, configure, and implement enhancements within the Finacle Retail Assets module.
Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.




Manage production stability by monitoring critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
Perform production issue analysis, triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Drive initiatives to reduce recurring production defects and improve platform stability.
Own and improve automation testing coverage for the Retail Assets module.
Lead stabilization initiatives across multiple business entities and regional platforms.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, QA teams, production support teams, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
Ensure timely delivery of production fixes, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and lead a technical team of approximately 10–15 engineers.
Provide technical guidance during solution design, code reviews, testing, and production releases.
Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and release governance.
