We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the SENIOR FUND ADMINISTRATOR
In this role, you will:
This role operates in a highly time critical environment and is required to be fully involved in processing of trades (Subscription and redemptions), reporting and settlements activities, corporate actions, fund price and other activities relating to transfer agency functions with focus on below listed responsibility areas:




Checking all transactions and activities (depending on business requirement, this role may undertake input and processing of transactions, where in that scenario, the relevant checks will be undertaken by another checker of the same level)
Manage high volume and high value transactions and ensure no trades/activities are missed, which would result in claims and adverse client impact.
Day to day processing of activities within the department to ensure that all tasks are processed in accordance with agreed procedures and controls and in accordance with relevant fund parameters.
Suggest and implement improvements to the Transfer Agency processes and procedures in consultation with the Supervisor.
Process productivity and quality targets are set, monitored and achieved to ensure optimum resource utilization and achievement of business objectives and customer SLA’s agreed with clients.
