Role Description

The AI Outreach & Lead Generation Associate will play a key role in helping Groxino grow its user base by identifying, connecting with, and engaging freelancers, creators, consultants, and small agencies.

In this role, you will research potential users, build targeted lead lists, and execute personalized outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels. You’ll work closely with the founding team to start conversations, qualify prospects, collect user feedback, and schedule product demos whenever required.





You will also maintain lead records, track outreach performance, and continuously improve messaging using AI tools and data-driven insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, marketing, and using AI to solve real business problems.
