About the Role

Mobiloitte Technologies is seeking a Technical Lead / Technical Manager with a robust background in Full Stack Software Development and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should have evolved from a Full Stack Developer into a technical leader,



with proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications while driving AI-powered product development using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks.
This role requires a hands-on engineering leader who can architect scalable solutions, mentor development teams, contribute to critical technical decisions, and successfully deliver enterprise applications enhanced with AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Full Stack engineering teams across multiple projects.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures for enterprise and AI-enabled applications.
Drive end-to-end software development across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
Design, develop, and integrate Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation into enterprise applications.
Participate in solution architecture, coding, code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best practices.
