Key Responsibilities
• Engage with walk-in customers at RAYY partner venues
• Explain the benefits of discovering and booking activities through the RAYY app
• Help customers download, register, and complete their bookings
• Achieve daily targets for app downloads and successful bookings
• Promote ongoing offers and encourage digital bookings
• Coordinate with venue teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Submit daily reports covering customer interactions, downloads, and bookings
• Represent RAYY professionally at all times
