About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Finance Shared Services professional with experience in multinational organizations. In this role, you will support end-to-end finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, General Ledger accounting, employee expenses, and month-end close. You will work with global stakeholders in a quick-paced environment and help maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient finance processes.
What You Will Do
Accounts Payable
Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed service-level timelines.
Perform three-way matching across purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
Verify supporting documentation and approvals, prepare payment proposals, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax requirements.
Respond to vendor queries, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve aged payable items.
