About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is passionate about search, obsessed with organic growth, and excited by the rapidly evolving intersection of SEO, AI, and LLM-driven discovery.
This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys getting into the details, solving technical challenges, and driving measurable improvements in organic performance. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building strategy, analysing data, identifying opportunities, and rolling up their sleeves to implement recommendations.
This is not a business development or sales role. The primary focus of the position is to strengthen our technical SEO capabilities and deliver measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Drive improvements in keyword rankings, organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify opportunities for growth.
Build and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.




Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies as required.
Analyse website performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Technical SEO
Conduct technical website audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and other technical SEO factors.
Work closely with development teams to implement technical recommendations.
Identify and resolve SEO-related issues impacting website performance.
Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
AI & LLM Search Optimisation
Stay updated on emerging trends in AI-powered search and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop and test optimisation approaches for AI-driven search experiences and answer engines.
Evaluate how clients can improve discoverability across evolving search ecosystems.
