We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead our operations and play a key role in scaling the business.

Role Overview

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and ensuring outstanding client delivery across multiple UK campaigns.

You will work directly with the Founder & Director and lead Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Quality, Training, and Workforce teams to build a high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple international BPO campaigns.
Drive productivity, quality, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Build and develop Operations Managers,



Team Leaders, and future leaders.
Ensure all client KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Improve operational processes through SOPs, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key operational metrics including productivity, attendance, shrinkage, attrition, quality, revenue, and profitability.
Handle client communication, business reviews, and operational escalations.
Collaborate closely with HR, Training, QA, IT, Finance, and Data teams.
Support expansion plans and help scale operations from 100+ employees to the next level.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in International BPO operations.
Minimum 3 years in an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or Head of Operations role.
Experience managing 100+ employees.
Strong experience with UK Voice, Lead Generation, Sales, or Appointment Setting campaigns.
