This is a strategic, high-visibility role: you will take an established reconciliation team and shape it into a best-in-class function — getting the most out of your people while raising the bar on accuracy, control, and automation.



You will own daily reconciliation oversight of trades, positions, and cash across all global markets and asset classes, leading a team of associates and partnering closely with trading, technology, and the wider operations group
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash against prime
brokers, custodians, clearing members, clearing corporations, and fund administrators.
Lead, mentor, and continue to develop talent across the team, allocating workload
across coverage windows and acting as the escalation point for complex breaks.
Oversee the investigation and timely resolution of breaks, partnering with internal
teams and external counterparties globally to research root causes.
Onboard current reconciliations and counterparties as the firm's activity and controls
expand.
Identify patterns in recurring breaks and drive feedback into upstream proc
