Position: Sales Head Business Development & Current Channel Development

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Vice President Sales / Director Sales

Must have exp in Stainless steel.

Industry: Stainless Steel Manufacturing (Sheets, Coils, Pipes, Tubes, Flats, Sections, or Long Products)

Location - Gurgaon

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production) preferred
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage

Must-Have Experience

- 12+ years in B2B industrial sales.
- At least 5 years in stainless steel sales.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor network development.
- Strong network among OEMs, EPC contractors, fabricators, and industrial buyers.
- Experience handling annual business of 100-300 crore or managing a significant sales territory.
- Exposure to pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
