Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer service. Candidates with experience in the retail interior, furniture, or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, site visits, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until order closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Production, and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors,



and customer requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
- Experience in Retail Interior, Modular Furniture, Manufacturing, Fit-Out, or Construction Industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives.
