Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist showroom guests, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present Toyota vehicles through professional walk-arounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Ensure a seamless, respectful, and transparent experience at every stage of the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Handle enquiries, lead follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of sales.
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle booking, finance, insurance, registration, and delivery documentation.
- Build long-term relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate guest records in CRM and follow up on potential leads.




- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toyota product range, features, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on promotional offers, finance schemes, and dealership policies
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Adhere to Toyota and dealership sales processes, compliance, and documentation standards

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate/Diploma with 3-8 years experience in Automobile Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-first mindset with proven ability in customer service.
- Negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
