Skyhawker is hiring Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive for Flight Sales (B2B/B2C). If you have tarvel industry experience and hands-on Amadeus knowledge, we want to talk to you.

Job Location: Panchkula (Work from office) Salary: Hike on Current CTC Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats & emails for flight booking inquiries

Search & quote fares using Amadeus GDS

Convert leads into confirmed bookings; upsell add-ons (seat, baggage, insurance)

Coordinate with airlines/consolidators for fare holds, ticketing & reissues

Handle cancellations, refunds, date changes & escalations

Manage corporate/agent accounts and consolidator relationships

Negotiate fares for group & bulk bookings

Mentor junior team members and support target achievement

Maintain accurate records in CRM





Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

Ensure GDS/PNR accuracy to avoid ADM (Airline Debit Memo) issues Requirements:

Graduate (any stream)

Minimum 1 year experience in Travel Domain (mandatory)

Must know Amadeus (hands-on, mandatory)

Good communication skills (English mandatory; regional language a plus)

Comfortable with target-based, high-pressure setting

Prior team handling experience preferred for Sr.
