Role Overview

CenturyPly is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives/Senior Sales Executives to drive business growth for its NAP Division (PVC, WPC & Louvers). The incumbent will be responsible for developing the dealer and distributor network, increasing market penetration, generating business through influencers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of PVC, WPC, Louvers and allied building material products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Conduct regular site visits to generate business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Engage with architects, contractors, carpenters, fabricators, builders, and other influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint recent dealers/distributors.
- Implement sales schemes, promotional campaigns, and market activation activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure product visibility and brand presence.
- Achieve monthly sales, collection, and business development targets.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and influencers.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Plywood, PVC, WPC, Louvers, Laminates, Building Materials or allied industries.
- Dealer & Distributor handling experience.
- Site visit and market development experience.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field sales.
