About Us
The Spine Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering free, high-quality spine care to underprivileged communities in rural India. Founded over 25 years ago by a team of committed spine surgeons, the foundation focuses on alleviating chronic pain, limited mobility, and loss of livelihood caused by spinal disorders. Through specialized camps and outreach programs, it provides essential diagnostics, surgeries, and rehabilitation to individuals who otherwise could not afford such care. A volunteer network of leading Indian spine surgeons ensures patients receive expert treatment and a real chance to regain independence. In addition to clinical services, the foundation actively promotes spinal health awareness and preventive education to enable long-term community well-being.

Role Description
The Spine Foundation is looking for a highly committed and mature skilled to work closely with Dr. Shekar Bhojraj and shadow him across his institutional, clinical, field, donor, partner and stakeholder engagements.




This is a senior coordination and documentation role designed to support continuity, capture institutional knowledge, strengthen follow-up systems and enable more structured planning around Dr. Bhojraj’s work. The role is not a conventional Executive Assistant or Research Associate position. It requires someone who can understand the purpose of TSF’s work, observe closely, document meaningfully, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and support the translation of conversations into clear action points.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shadowing Dr. Bhojraj’s Work
Accompany or closely support Dr. Bhojraj across meetings, visits, discussions, field engagements, hospital and doctor interactions, partner meetings and other institutional activities. The person will be expected to understand the context, capture key points and ensure that important conversations are not lost.
