About The Role

You will own design across client engagements: research, flows, high-fidelity UI, and the design systems that keep multi-month projects consistent. We prize calm, premium interfaces — think Linear, Stripe, Vercel.

Responsibilities

Run lightweight discovery: user interviews, journey maps, competitor teardowns

Design flows, wireframes, and polished UI in Figma with reusable components

Specify motion and micro-interactions engineers can actually build

Maintain project design systems (tokens, components, docs)

Pair with frontend engineers during build for pixel fidelity

Requirements

A portfolio showing shipped web/mobile product work

2+ years designing SaaS or enterprise interfaces in Figma

Systems thinking: tokens, variants, and component APIs
