About The Role

Responsibilities

Source engineering and business talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and communities

Run structured screening and coordinate interview loops with panels

Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement

Build employer branding: careers content, campus outreach, review platforms

Maintain hiring analytics — funnel conversion, time-to-hire, source quality

Requirements

2+ years recruiting for technology roles (agency or in-house)

Ability to screen technical resumes credibly

Robust scheduling discipline and candidate communication

Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tooling
