Role: Bid Manager

Location: NoidaBanagloreHyderabadMumbai (Hybrid work model)

Experience
8+ years in bid management, proposal management, presales or related roles, including leadership of complex and strategic bids.
Role Purpose
Lead complex software and IT-product bids end to end, ensuring robust governance, differentiated proposals, stakeholder alignment, compliance and timely submission.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, high-value, multi-product and partner-led RFPs, RFIs, tenders and proposals from qualification through submission, clarification and contracting handover.
Define the bid plan, governance model, review schedule, responsibility matrix and submission strategy.
Work with Sales, Product Management, Solution and leadership to shape win themes, value propositions and executive messaging.
Coordinate inputs and approvals across Product, Professional Services, Legal, Finance, Commercial, Compliance and partner teams.
Ensure proposed functionality, integrations, deployment, assumptions, and customer commitments are validated by authorised owners.




Identify and manage bid risks, dependencies, non-compliances, contractual deviations and key decisions.
Lead solution, commercial, legal, management and final submission reviews, ensuring proposals are compliant, differentiated and deliverable.
Provide senior stakeholders with clear visibility of bid status, risks, resource needs and decisions.
Mentor Bid Managers and improve bid standards, reusable content, knowledge management and automation.
Conduct win-loss reviews and translate lessons into measurable process and proposal improvements.
Required Skills
Strong end-to-end bid and proposal-management experience in enterprise IT products or services.
Preferred: Experience working in a software product environment, with an understanding of SaaS, subscription and perpetual licensing, maintenance, support, and professional services models.
Strong stakeholder-management, governance and project-management skills
