We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate quality business leads, strengthen our digital presence, and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms.
Generate qualified B2B leads for corporate interiors, design & build, fit-out, and turnkey projects.
Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.




Optimize landing pages and lead funnels to improve conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and lead quality.
Coordinate closely with the Business Development team to ensure timely lead follow-ups.
Digital Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Identify recent channels and opportunities for customer acquisition.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Social Media & Brand Building
Manage Aldecor's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Publish engaging content including completed projects, client testimonials, company updates, reels, and industry insights.
Build brand visibility and audience engagement.
Content & Creative Marketing
Develop marketing content including:
Social media creatives
Blogs
Email campaigns
Newsletters
Case studies
Corporate present
