About The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to build and scale our Channel Sales business for a rapidly growing portfolio of Surveillance & Security Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully developed distributor and partner ecosystems, driven revenue growth, and built market presence from the ground up.

The incumbent will lead channel strategy, expand distributor and system integrator networks, drive business development, and establish the company as a preferred brand across enterprise, commercial, and government markets.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Development

Develop and execute the channel sales strategy across South India.
Build and expand a high-performing network of distributors, dealers, system integrators, and channel partners.
Identify and appoint new partners in key markets.
Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and long-term engagement.

Sales & Business Growth





Own regional revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
Acquire new customers across enterprise, commercial, industrial, and government segments.
Build strategic relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Drive demand generation and market expansion initiatives.

Product Portfolio Management

Drive Sales And Market Adoption For

IP Cameras
Analog Cameras
NVR/DVR/XVR
PoE Switches
Smart Access Control Systems
Video Intercom Solutions
Network Transmission Products
ONT Routers
Access Gates

Market Development

Identify new business opportunities across Smart Cities, Government, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Commercial Real Estate, Warehousing, Hospitality, and Retail sectors.
Work closely with consultants, EPCs, system integrators, and distributors to generate new business opportunities.
Develop regional go-to-market strategies for current product introductions.
