In this role, you will:
Leading teams that perform controls, risk analysis & explain and reporting for Markert Risk or Counterparty credit risk.
Review, validation and improvement of risk calculation, process and control framework.
Risk Data (sensitivities and risk metrics) Monitoring and Management to ensure accuracy, completeness,



and timeliness of risk Analysis, explain and Reporting.
Able to streamline and execute operational efficiency in traded risk processes.Able to drive initiatives and challenge
Being the point of the escalation and resolution point for our stakeholders (Risk Managers, Traders, Senior Management and Regulators. Escalating when necessary to senior management. Strong understanding of risk measures
Minimizing and closing Audit/Assurance findings .Able to lead a large team (i.e. not limit too: Set the goals, plan, execution, tracking, follow up, and coach)
Experience of Resource management: hiring (approvals, follows up) and make sure we have cover.
Maintain team engagement levels.Inspire a proactive, curious team

Able to explain on the drivers behind the movements in risk metrics such as sensitivities (PV01, CS01, EQ delta, Gamma etc.), VaR (Value at Risk )/SVaR (Stressed Va
