We are looking for a agile and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in delivering effective technology solutions to prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to understand client requirements, design appropriate solutions, and present the technical and business value of our products.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations,



and solution workshops for prospective and existing clients.
Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
Design high-level solution architectures based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with product, engineering, security, and delivery teams to validate proposed solutions.
Plan and coordinate proof-of-concept activities, including defining scope, timelines, responsibilities, and success criteria.
Respond to customer questions regarding product functionality, architecture, integrations, security, infrastructure, and deployment options.
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract closure and handover.
Identify product gaps and communicate customer feedback to the relevant internal teams.
Maintain updated product knowledge and prepare reusable sales and technical materials.
