What we do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contributes as a key team member of India based R&D; Centre, on current and new development projects of India, US & EU model in small and higher horsepower tractors.
Contributes as a team member on development projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe, and professional manner.
Ensures quality in a product’s design for usability, reliability, and functionality that meets regulatory requirements & homologation standards.
To support in Testing’s and field evaluations and each country rule.
Vehicle Design, packaging & integration of new development model for domestic/Southeast Asia/USA/EU from concept to production.
To communicate with Yanmar Japan R&D; and ITL R&D; and production & collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development.
