About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's comfortable moving between the front end and back end and genuinely enjoys building things end to end. You'll be working on real products used by real people, not just internal tools that sit in a drawer. If you like owning a feature from the first line of code to the day it ships (and beyond), this role is for you.
You'll be part of a small, fast-moving development team and will report directly to our Lead Developer.
Expect a valuable mix of independent ownership and close collaboration — we're not big on micromanagement, but we do like people who communicate well and ask questions when something's unclear.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Building and maintaining web applications using React/Next.js on the front end and Node.js (or similar) on the back end
Designing and building REST APIs, and integrating with third-party services and internal systems
Working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) — writing queries, structuring schemas, and thinking about performance as data grows
Contributing to internal tools and automation that make the team's day-to-day work easier and faster
Writing clean, readable code and leaving it better documented than you found it
Debugging issues across the stack — from a UI glitch to a slow query to a flaky API call
Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and general team discussions (your opinion matters here)
