About the role
As a Sourcing Specialist on the Sourcing Desk,
you will execute tactical and mid-complexity sourcing transactions in support of Zillow’s global procurement operations. This India-based role will operate as part of a scalable offshore sourcing capability designed to enhance procurement throughput, operational efficiency, and stakeholder responsiveness.
You will support sourcing events, supplier onboarding, contract coordination, and procurement system administration across multiple categories including technology, marketing, professional services, and corporate functions.
You Will Get To
Execute sourcing requests including RFx administration, bid analysis, and negotiation support.
Draft and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and contract documentation.
Support renewal tracking, intake management, and supplier onboarding processes.
Maintain procurement data accuracy within sourcing and procure-to-pay systems.
Partner with global stakeholders across the U.S. and India to ensure timely sourcing execution.
