Essential Capabilities
Human-centred design, UX design, and service or journey design practices.




Ability to conduct and synthesise user research to inform experience design decisions.
Experience designing digital experiences across learning platforms, tools, or ecosystems
Robust collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, usable design artefacts.
Systems thinking and the ability to design experiences end-to-end across multiple touchpoints environments.
Other Capabilities
Understanding of contemporary adult learning principles and performance-focused learning design.
Accessibility and inclusion awareness in experience and interface design.
Comfort working in agile or iterative delivery
Data-informed mindset, with the ability to use insights and feedback to iterate and improve experiences.
Experience
Experience working as a UX Designer, Service Designer, or Experience Designer, ideal
